Committees: The Backbone of Our Chapter
The 7×24 Exchange DC Chapter has formed several committees that focus on different areas within our organization. These committees support the structure and manage the board’s work. Each of our committees have their own mission and vision and are led by a Committee Chair who provides leadership to the committee.
Committee Structure
The following committees represent our Chapter:
- WiMCO
- Community Outreach
- Education
- Young Professionals
The 7×24 Exchange Washington DC Chapter strives to provide informative, educational programs; remain focused on User’s needs, encourage vendors to add value through their involvement; prohibit direct or overt selling at chapter meetings and maintain a dialogue with the National and other chapters to share information on chapter issues. In addition, our focus is also to give back to our community. With the continuted support from our members and sponsors, in the last ten years we have given back to our community in many ways. Some include:

- $5,000 donation to the NOVA COVID-19 Emergency Student Aid Fund
- $15,000 in food donations to INOVA Loudoun Campus Meals
- $5,400 Backpack Coalition
- and many other local organizations, such as Loudoun Hunger Releif, Women Giving Back, Gary Sinise Foundation
